• Hutoberfläche meist mehr oder weniger wollig , auch striegelig
• reichliche weißliche Velipellis
• Stiel nur ganz oben bereift
• Sporen glatt, 7.3-10.6 x 4.1-55 µm, av. 8.6 x 4.7 µm
• Hymenialzystiden meist (sub)ampulliform, Pleurozystiden 37-69 x 9-19, av. 57 x 13 µm, Wände meist fast dünn, bis 1 µm, (fast) farblos bis blass gelblich-grünlich
• Standort bei Nadelbäumen
